Questions About Our Prize Draw Process?

Hi prize draw fans! We’ve had some questions recently about out prize draw and the winning numbers and we take them very seriously.

So to reassure you, here’s some information from behind the scenes about our prize draw.

How do you pick the winners?

The winning numbers are drawn at random and range between 100001 – 307281. This end number will increase as more people sign up and are allocated a prize draw number.

Why do all the winning numbers start with a 2?

Quite simply, they don’t. We have complied a list of the historical prize draw winning numbers since January 2014 to date to show you:

I see my number here, can I claim the prize for that week?

Our prize draw rules state that the prize must be claimed by the following Thursday at midnight after it is drawn on the Friday. If unclaimed, the prize is re-listed into another draw in the next four weeks.

Why is my number always the same every week?

When you sign up to receive our emails, you are allocated with your own unique and personal prize draw number. When the winner is announced every Friday we will email you and remind you of your own prize draw number, then you can log in and see the winning number and check your own against it.

It’s up to the person with the winning number to contact us and claim their prize if their number matches, but because we’re so keen to give away the prizes, we’ve been contacting the winners directly by phone and email to tell them they have won!

Why don’t you redraw the prize if people do not claim the prize?

We have many competitions on our Facebook and Twitter pages and enjoy doing them. The prize draw is separate to that and when winners do not claim their prize, the prize is re-listed on a rolling basis every four weeks to give someone else an opportunity to win the prize.

Is prize draw changing any time soon?

Yes, we want to give away more prizes! Along with directly contacting the winner if we don’t hear from them, we’re also looking into removing the log in page to make it easier to check your number. We’ll be making some changes on the prize draw page too so stay tuned!
